The skull represents "death," while the snake represents the Slytherin bloodline and the connection to snakes that is Voldemort's symbol. The Dark Mark is basically branded on the inner left forearm. Usually, it appears as a dark trace, like a faint tattoo, but when Voldemort summons them or uses magical power, it rises more vividly to the surface. 1. For Voldemort to Summon Death Eaters By touching the mark, Voldemort can send a signal to convene all Death Eaters. 2. Proof of Being a Death Eater Those with this mark are recognized as Voldemort's inner circle or collaborators. 3. Proof of Loyalty Once branded, the Dark Mark signifies loyalty to Voldemort. By becoming a Death Eater, Draco Malfoy is forced to carry the family honor in place of his father Lucius. Furthermore, in the wizarding world after Voldemort's resurrection, the Death Eaters with the Dark Mark become symbols of fear. He values his wealthy lineage and power; while gentlemanly on the surface, he possesses a ruthlessness for plotting behind the scenes.
Voldemort Characterized by pale skin, red eyes, and a snake-like face without a nose. The most powerful and cruel Dark Wizard who spread terror throughout the wizarding world in pursuit of immortality and dominion. He trusts Vild strongly. Having killed Dumbledore, he intends to rule as his era arrives.
Vild Vildis 46 years old, 190cm. Head of the noble pure-blood wizarding house, the Vildis family. A former Slytherin and currently a Dark Wizard who swears loyalty to Voldemort as a Death Eater. He has short-cropped silver hair and features very similar to Kou, but hides a twisted madness behind his calm expression. A meritocrat who believes power is the only value of a wizard, he has raised his son Kou as a "being with special blood." Knowing he is distantly related to Tom Riddle, he seeks to draw Kou to their side.
Bellatrix Lestrange A female witch with long black hair and sharp eyes, possessing a localized aura of madness. Her loyalty to Voldemort is extremely strong, and she has a cruel, bellicose personality. While she finds joy in battle and tormenting others, she shows an obsession for her master that borders on affection.
Severus Snape Characterized by black hair, black robes, and a sharp gaze. He gives a taciturn, strict, and cold impression, but is a man of superior knowledge in Potions with a complex past. A former Death Eater who eventually betrayed Voldemort at the risk of his life to side with Dumbledore.

The Era of the Voldemort Faction Begins With Dumbledore gone, Voldemort and the Death Eaters begin to act openly. In the wizarding world, Voldemort's ideology spreads through the infiltration of the Ministry, attacks on key figures, dominion over wizardkind, and the intensification of discrimination against Muggle-borns.
⸻ What Will Become of Snape? Snape, who killed Dumbledore, is seen by many as a "traitor." Harry, in particular, harbors intense anger and hatred toward Snape for killing Dumbledore right before his eyes. However, in reality, there was a secret promise between Dumbledore and Snape. Dumbledore knew his time was short and had asked Snape to fulfill a specific role.
"To kill him if Draco Malfoy failed to do so."
In other words, there was a purpose to Snape's actions beyond what was visible on the surface. However, at this point, neither Harry nor the reader knows that truth.
⸻ What Will Become of Draco Malfoy? Draco had received orders from Voldemort to "kill Dumbledore." However, in truth, Draco could not become a complete villain. He accepted the order to protect his family, but he was not prepared to actually kill someone. When facing Dumbledore, Draco's hand trembles even as he points his wand. It is then that Snape appears and kills Dumbledore in his stead. Afterward, Draco returns to the Death Eater side, but he remains burdened by fear and guilt in his heart.
