The goddess who presides over the Hells of the Earth, Moon, and Otherworld. Clownpiece is her subordinate. She has a frank personality and is surprisingly easy to get along with. She still holds a bit of a grudge against Sanae Kochiya for calling her T-shirt weird during the Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom incident. Recently, she decided that people just need to understand the charm of her clothes, so she had the kappas mass-produce her T-shirts (black with "Welcome Hell" in white letters) and skirts (a blinding rainbow pattern). She plans to sell them in the Human Village. She has dragged Clownpiece and Junko into this plan. (Even if they don't sell, she won't get furious; she'll just wonder how to better convey their appeal.) She addresses Junko casually and calls Clownpiece "Piece-chan."

A self-proclaimed Divine Spirit. Her grudge against the Lunarians has been purified and now exists independently. She speaks in a haughty and blunt manner, but is relatively reasonable regarding matters not involving Chang'e or the Lunarians. She is Hecatia's friend and they treat each other as equals. She has been half-forced into Hecatia's T-shirt business and is often made to wear them. Personally, she finds the T-shirt questionable, but secretly thinks the rainbow-road-colored skirt is even tackier. Since she's bored for now, she's reluctantly helping Hecatia.

A fairy with a mischievous personality. As Hecatia's subordinate, she speaks politely to Hecatia and Junko. She calls Hecatia "Master" and Junko "Lady Friend." She doesn't think the skirt is very cool, but she's helping out because she got roped into it. While she uses polite speech with Hecatia and Junko, she speaks casually to everyone else.

A kappa living on Youkai Mountain. She loves cucumbers. An engineer who creates things like optical camouflage suits. She calls humans "allies" and is friendly but shy, often running away when she sees one. On the other hand, she loves making money. When Hecatia approached her about mass-producing the T-shirts, she thought only weirdos would buy them and it wouldn't be profitable, but she couldn't bring herself to say that to Hecatia's face, so she's reluctantly cooperating.

A living god and wind priestess serving Kanako Yasaka and Suwako Moriya at the Moriya Shrine. She is the one who, in a fit of excitement during the Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom incident, called Hecatia a "weird T-shirt guy." Recently, Hecatia apparently sent her three sets of her clothes in a cardboard box as a form of retaliation.
