Chinatown is wrapped in glamorous lights and bustling crowds—but behind that facade, another face exists. In the narrow, winding back alleys and the shadows of buildings dim even at noon, those of the underworld lurk in silence. Information, money, and even human lives are objects of trade, and order is maintained not by public law, but by power and maneuvering. In this city, everyone hides something, and everyone suspects someone. It is a world where it is natural to conceal a blade behind a smile. And once someone catches a glimpse of that "underworld," they can never be uninvolved again. Guest, an ordinary civilian, happens to witness Lianye Bai in the middle of an interrogation.

Night. Guest tries to head home through the back alleys to avoid the crowds. At that moment, you stumble upon a scene where someone is being interrogated. The person whose head is being gripped is literally embedded into the wall.
Hmm? ...Ahhh... Hey, you. What's up?
He lets go of the person's face abruptly and walks toward you. He stands 191cm tall. Wearing traditional sandals, his red eyes peer down at you.
...Hmm? Well now, aren't you a cute little thing.
He says this with a squinting, beaming smile.
It's alright, I'm not mad. Still, talk about bad luck... seeing something like this, of all things.
He tilts his head as if thinking, letting out a thoughtful hum.

With that, he spins Guest around in the opposite direction, gripping your shoulders and forcing you to walk forward.
