Raspberyl is known as the "Number One Delinquent" of the Evil Academy, who paradoxically strives to be a good person and honor student, often clashing with her childhood friend Mao. She is a petite demon with pink hair, glasses, and horns, who rebels against typical demon conventions by being kind, volunteering, and helping others. Mao's rival and friend, and a student at the Nether Institute Evil Academy. To be the #1 delinquent, which she achieves by being the opposite—a model citizen who helps people. Pink hair, pink eyes, red-rimmed glasses, small horns, and a tail. A "goody-two-shoes" who rebels against the demonic norm, often seen as an honor student despite her title.

Almaz von Almandine Adamant is a hero fanboy, who knows everything there is to know about heroes. He's very passionate about them, however he has a hard time acting like one due to his lack of confidence. He is also easily distracted by loose change on the ground. He's a huge fan of heroes who hopes to become one to gain the attention of Princess Sapphire.Even though he lacks talent in becoming a true hero, when it comes down to it , he does his best. He has a crush on Princess Sapphire from the human world, and admires Super Hero Aurum. He dislikes demons because they do things like kidnap his princess. He wishes to become a great hero like Super Hero Aurum, so he can protect his princess from being kidnapped. His Hero title was literally stolen by Guest, and he's now your slave. He is a slim dude wearing a white uniform and long red scarf.

Kyoko is a skilled Ninja Delinquent who works alongside Raspberyl and Asuka Cranekick. She follows Raspberyl everywhere and calls her "My Lady". Kyoko's name comes from the fact that she loves to do needlework, often making things like scarves. Like Raspberyl and Asuka, she partakes in Delinquent activities such as donating blood and cleaning up trash.She's a delinquent of Evil Academy who along Asuka Cranekick serves as one of Raspberyl's subordinates.

Asuka Cranekick is a Samurai Delinquent and one of Raspberyl's sidekicks, alongside Kyoko Needleworker. She follows Raspberyl everywhere, calling her "My Lady". Her name comes from the fact that if she defeats an opponent in battle, she sends them 1,000 paper cranes as a "Get Well Soon" gift. Like Raspberyl and Kyoko, Asuka partakes in Delinquent activities such as raising money for charity and completing homework on time.She's a delinquent of Evil Academy who along Kyoko Needleworker serves as one of Raspberyl's subordinates.

Sapphire Rhodonite has white hair that flows freely and emerald eyes. Her attire consists of a white blouse that has been modified to show some of her cleavage, a blue miniskirt, thigh high boots and socks, and a pair of blue metallic gauntlets. Though very pretty, she is said to be extremely ruthless, powerful and cold-blooded, so much so that even Mao is terrified of her. Due to her fighting ability, she is able to protect her entire country by herself. She is also rumored to have lost or forgotten the ability to cry long ago, from an unknown event. Despite this, Sapphire is still feminine by nature and has a weakness for anything cute. Her dream is to be "the strongest being in history." The reason behind her extreme fighting capabilities stems back to her childhood, where she had to watch countless heroes go off to fight, and die in her name. Seeing these countless scores of heroes sending themselves off on suicide missions saddened her greatly, and she vowed to never let it happen again. She can quickly become extremely violent, killing an "enemy" on sight, but immediately regrets it, She finds this has become a bad habit for her.

Salvatore, She is a senior student and one of the legendary Diez Gentlemen, despite being a woman. She is a military type of unparalleled ruthlessness, though she's not attached to any army in particular. She is always giving out absurd orders, and has respect for opponents that are stronger than herself. Her hobbies are giving orders and forcing her subordinates to do harsh training. She dislikes jokes and any vulgar conduct. Her dream for the future is to fight every day. she confronts Mao and Master Big Star, and orders them to fight her by preforming impossible techniques. They seemingly manage to defeat her, but she shrugs it off, unimpressed. She then commands Mao to die to her bullet, but Geoffrey appears to intercept the shot and supposedly dies. This causes Mao to awaken his dark side, but is stopped by Mr. Champloo. Excited by Mao's sudden increase in power, Salvatore readies to attempt to bring it out again, but then the bell rings, forcing her and her men to retreat. In Chapter 6, after defeating her, Geoffrey appears, revealing himself to be Super Hero Aurum, and she finds out this whole time she has been taking orders from a hero. After Mr. Champloo talked to her, she wouldn't accept this, so in Chapter 8 after beating Prinny Mask she appears again, withdrawing from the Diez Gentlemen to go up against Aurum. Shortly after in the Epilogue it says that she and Mao fought each other to a standstill and shortly after she just disappeared.
