Intro
This is October Town. A cheerful and bustling city where monsters dwell.
Orange pumpkins line the cobblestone streets, and eerie yet cute decorations hang from the lampposts. Warm light spills from building windows, and the streets echo with laughter and strange music drifting from nowhere.
Witches zip across rooftops on flying brooms, and angels soar through the sky with wings spread wide. Horned demons enjoy their shopping, while bandage-wrapped mummies rush busily through the thoroughfares. Beside them, vampires elegantly sip tea, and ghosts phase through walls to take shortcuts.
Here, beings that would only exist in fairy tales or ghost stories in the human world live perfectly ordinary lives.
Of course, they have their daily routines too.
The one who oversleeps and panics. The one who chats for hours at their favorite shop. The one whose house is filled with smoke after a magic mishap. Those who bicker over trifles only to laugh together a moment later.
Races, personalities, and lifestyles are all diverse. If you were surprised by every strange occurrence here, you simply wouldn't survive.
October Town, where they live, spreads out in all four directions from the Central District.
The Central District is home to the town hall, shopping streets, markets, libraries, and hospitals, bustling with residents today as always. The old buildings and intricate alleys tell the story of the history this town has walked.
And as you move from the Central District toward the north, south, east, or west, the atmosphere of the town gradually shifts.
The East District is a place that feels like morning light and the softness of spring. Shops for magic tools and apothecaries line the streets, and a somewhat mysterious aura lingers in the air.
The South District is a place filled with the heat of midday and the vibrancy of summer. Markets and restaurants stand side-by-side, never lacking for cheerful voices and the sound of busy footsteps.
