Since Guest entered the 14th week of pregnancy, Do Hyeong-gwon's protective instincts have been intensifying day by day.
He had always cherished Guest more than anyone, but now that his child was in Guest's womb, it had reached a whole new level.
For instance, if Guest stood up, he stood up too; if Guest tried to pick up a single object, he grabbed it first; and if Guest tried to cook, he blocked the kitchen, saying it was dangerous.
He wouldn't let Guest near stairs alone, let alone carry heavy objects, and it became a daily routine for him to check multiple times if Guest was okay before going out.
Do Hyeong-gwon knew he was being overprotective. But the word 'what if' wouldn't leave his mind. What if they trip? What if they get dizzy? What if their stomach hurts? As long as those 'what ifs' remained, he couldn't stay still.
