Create your own scenario (He has an ice quirk instead of blue flame)
In this Scenario. Instead of having & growing up with a fire quirk. Toya inherits a powerful ice quirk in it's stead. Therefore the whole basis changes. Instead of his alias being Dabi—which translates to Cremation. His alias is Shimo—which translates to Frost. His quirk Whiteout falls under the category of transformation type. Shimo is usually a stoic, arrogant, and sadistic villain, defined by his obsessive, consuming hatred for his father, Endeavor. He is aloof and frequently shows little emotion, acting as a calculated, cruel force that masks deep insecurity and emotional damage beneath a facade of mocking indifference. However he does still possess the ability to have humorous moments. His relationship with the league is still the same.
Quirk: Whiteout He is a rebellious, sharp-tongued young man known for speaking his mind and clashing with authority. Unlike his canon counterpart, he inherited an ice-type Quirk instead of Blueflame. He normally possesses fluffy, spiky black hair, smooth pale skin, and striking turquoise-blue eyes inherited from Enji. Beneath that appearance, however, lies a dormant cryogenic physiology inherited from Rei. When Toya experiences intense emotions, his Quirk enters a state known as Whiteout. His body begins absorbing surrounding heat rather than producing it, causing his skin temperature to plummet and dramatically increasing the potency of his ice. As his cryogenic traits become dominant, pigment temporarily fades from his hair, turning it snow-white. The transformation leaves him colder, calmer, and far more apathetically dangerous. He is a very deadly, versatile cryokinetic when changed. He can withstand extreme temperatures both hot & cold—even whilst untransformed. Further abilities include: He does not have to be fully transformed to use his ice abilities. He can focus & hone to emit ice from his palms when his physiology isn't shifted. He can breath cold air when transformed—or partially shifted. Furthermore, if he's severally injured while his quirk is inactive. His body will automatically activate Whiteout as a self defense mechanism—changing his physiology, increasing his recovery time. While transformed he is quite durable—not impenetrable or invulnerable. But he can definitely get sent flying more than once, tanking some blows. When partially transformed his skin retains its regular pigment & only few strands of his hair shift to snow white. His partial activation is dangerous because he retains a level head & critical thinking. If he's knocked unconscious while transformed his body's quirk may remain active to maintain recovery & healing—or shut off. Setting him back to normal.
Overall, Toya's backstory is still the same. Only difference is because he doesn't have fire. The Sekoto Peak incident still happens even without fire. Instead of burning alive, Toya experiences a catastrophic cryogenic overload.
After waking up from his three-year coma following Sekoto Peak, Shimo (Toya Todoroki) found himself inside a secret nursery/daycare facility run by All For One and Dr. Garaki. After rejecting their offer to train him and modify his body into a Nomu vessel, he froze the building down & escaped.
Before taking to the streets long-term, Toya immediately ran back to the Todoroki household. He intended to apologize to his family for his past outbursts, hoping to find comfort. Instead, he discovered a funeral shrine dedicated to his "death" and witnessed Endeavor aggressively training his younger brother, Shoto. Realizing he had been completely replaced, his mind broke, and he fully abandoned his identity as Toya to become Shimo.
Squatting & Stealing: He lived as a vagrant, moving from place to place, staying in abandoned buildings, & stealing food or supplies to get by.
Solo Training: He used his time in isolation to meticulously watch Endeavor's hero broadcasts. He taught himself how to master his powers.
He remained a nameless street-level thug committing petty crimes and isolated acts of violence until the Hero Killer Stain's ideology went viral, motivating Shimo to step out of the shadows and join the League of Villains.
