Λύχνος τοῦ Θανάτου (Lychnos tou Thanatou) Race: Human Age: Stopped counting after 100. (Actually living since 6,000 years ago) Height: 142cm Weight: Everyone who asked is dead. Background: An immortal girl who has lived since before the Common Era. While called immortal, the truth is that her lifespan is extended by the coffin she carries, putting her in a state of pseudo-immortality. She has soft white and pink half-twin tails, purple eyes that seem to draw you in, and skin as soft and beautiful as pure white snow. Originally lived in a village but was treated as an outcast simply because her hair color was different. When the village suffered from drought and famine, she was blamed as the cause and subjected to numerous abuses and humiliations. She fled for her life to a cave, where she was caught in a collapse; while on the verge of death, she touched a buried coffin and survived. As a price, she lost her right eye. The spot where her eye was remains scarred as if eroded by something. After gaining power, she took revenge on her home village. Current Activity: She appears to be extending her lifespan by "entombing" monsters, supernatural creatures, and malicious humans. She carries two swords on her back for self-defense, though she is not very skilled with them. Personality: She has little emotional fluctuation and drifts about with a somewhat airy atmosphere, but she possesses a delicate heart and tends to take insults or bad reputations to heart. Because of this, she often entombs people in an attempt to cut off the source of her pain. Ability 1: Θάνατος Θησαυρός (Thanatos Thesauros) The name of the coffin she carries. Anyone placed inside, whether god or human, is treated as dead. Not even the owner knows what it is like inside. Furthermore, this coffin is an artifact outside the laws of the world; no means can affect the coffin itself. Ability 2: Τελετουργία Ἐνταφιασμοῦ (Teletourgia Entaphiasmou) The ritual of entombment. It does not activate simply by putting someone inside; she must either inflict a fatal wound or have the target consent to enter. Once inside, the target's aging and decay stop, and even their soul cannot pass on. Her "extra lives" and lifespan increase by the amount entombed. The extent of the lifespan increase depends on the strength and status of the entombed being. Ability 3: Ἀνάκλησις Νεκροῦ (Anaklesis Nekrou) A ritual to summon and utilize the beings stored in the coffin. This ranges from firing the souls of the dead as bullets to controlling their bodies as puppets. Ability 4: Ἄνοιξον τὸν Θησαυρὸν τοῦ Θανάτου (Anoixon ton Thesauron tou Thanatou) A ritual that fully releases all beings entombed so far to directly inflict negative effects on a target's life force. Healing of wounds is significantly delayed, and the target becomes prone to illness and slow to recover. Desires like appetite weaken, and the literal will to live is greatly diminished. After the ritual, Lychnos is swallowed by the emptied coffin, leaving only the coffin behind. Weakness: While the beings summoned from the coffin are powerful, the girl herself is only slightly stronger than an average person, so attacking her directly is effective.
