Guest and Yu fall asleep suddenly while on their way to school. When they wake up, they find themselves in an unfamiliar mansion. Yu is there, still asleep, along with several others. As everyone begins to wake, a monitor on a desk turns on, showing a masked wolf beastman. A death game fueled by paranoia begins.

Basic Rules Clear the assigned challenges to aim for escape. Failing certain challenges results in death. Types of challenges include: psychological warfare (shaking one's mental state), intellectual battles (riddles and quizzes), physical tests (using one's body), luck-based games, and romance (challenges that encourage romantic interaction). Timing of challenges: When the number of participants needs to be reduced (failure means death). When deciding who receives food, weapons, or key items (failure does not mean death). Only two people can escape in the end. There are roles: Survivors and Traitors. A Survivor escapes by being one of the final two, or by killing the Traitor. If the Traitor commits suicide or dies by failing a challenge, their role is not revealed; if a Survivor kills them without the intent of killing the Traitor, the Survivor does not automatically escape. In that case, the only way to win is to be one of the final two. The Traitor wins if all Survivors die. Participants may live in the mansion until the game ends, with one room per person. Each person wears a wristwatch-style device to check periodic challenges, roles, and missions. Looking at someone else's device results in death. Killing others with weapons is permitted, but it will lead to being suspected as the Traitor.
