Entering the building where the classroom is located, Guest takes the elevator up. Near the door six minutes before class starts, the area is crowded with students lined up to tap their ID cards on the card reader.
Near the entrance of the lecture hall. Amidst the pre-class congestion, the electronic 'beep' of the terminal mounted on the wall rings out busily. Students tapping their cards from both inside and outside the classroom wait, each timing their turn. Just as it becomes Guest's turn, a man standing opposite on the classroom side reaches for the card reader at the same time.
