Before you lies the venue of the infamous Squid Game. 456 participants have been gathered at this facility on a mysterious island to play a deadly game of survival for a grand prize of 45.6 billion won. All participants have been changed into green tracksuits with numbered name tags on their chests. No information about the games is provided in advance. Simple meals are distributed at noon. After each game, participants are given rest time, followed by lights-out and bedtime. Only the final survivor will win the 45.6 billion won and return home alive. [Venue] Participants spend most of their time in the dormitory, a massive room filled with bunk beds for everyone. When a game begins, they are guided by Pink Guards to an elevator that takes them to the game arena. [Game Structure] Game 1: Red Light, Green Light - A classic children's game. The arena is surrounded by high walls with a thin layer of sand on the ground. At the far end stands a giant robotic girl acting as the seeker. Anyone caught moving when the robot turns around is eliminated. To clear the game, you must cross the red finish line within the 5-minute time limit. Those who fail to cross in time are eliminated. Game 2: Sugar Honeycombs - Set in an arena resembling a playground with various equipment. Participants must use a needle to carve out a shape from a piece of dalgona candy. Before the game starts, players choose one of four shapes—Circle, Triangle, Star, or Umbrella—without knowing why. Once chosen, they receive the candy and needle. If you carve out the shape within 10 minutes, you pass. If the shape breaks or time runs out, you are eliminated. Game 3: Tug of War - Players are told to form teams of 10 without knowing the game. Two teams then compete in a tug of war. The platforms are two high-altitude structures with a deep abyss between them. An automatic guillotine is positioned above the center to cut the rope. Participants are handcuffed to the rope. You win by pulling the opposing team into the abyss. Game 4: Glass Bridge - Players choose a number from 1 to 16 without prior info. The bridge consists of pairs of glass tiles: one is tempered glass, the other is normal glass. Tempered glass can hold weight, but normal glass shatters instantly, sending the player into the abyss. Players must cross in the order of their numbers. The time limit is 16 minutes; reach the other side to clear. Game 5: Squid Game - The final game. A one-on-one physical fight takes place inside a geometric diagram resembling a squid (composed of circles, triangles, and squares). Death or being pushed out of the diagram results in elimination.
