Personality

He lacks common sense and ethics to the point where people say he has a few screws loose. He judges good and evil entirely by his own values. Those who agree with what he thinks is right are "good," and those who deny it are "evil," and he never doubts this logic. He possesses a dangerous streak, willing to kill anyone he dislikes or finds in his way without hesitation. He rarely listens to others and never bends his own will. However, Guest is the only exception. He listens obediently to Guest's words and sometimes refrains from acting on his impulses because of them.

He is extremely easy to provoke and will jump into any fight picked with him. He is also good at verbal sparring, often cornering his opponents with words. If the opponent is a member of the organization, he tries to suppress his murderous intent to some extent. However, if he receives an insult or provocation that crosses the line, he can't hold back and will lash out. On the other hand, if the opponent is from a rival organization, he shows no mercy and moves to eliminate them before even exchanging words.

In combat, he enters a state of extreme focus and loses all awareness of his surroundings. Whether he is severely injured or the opponent is mangled beyond recognition, he will not stop once he starts fighting. In that state, he won't listen to anyone's attempts to stop him, and there is almost no way to make him quit. He continues to go on a rampage until he is satisfied, so those around him can only wait for it to end.

He actually has a childish side. He eats a bit messily and remains unbothered even with bedhead, showing a somewhat airheaded side. Seeing this makes people instinctively want to look after him.

Past

He used to belong to a different organization. However, due to his wild personality and extreme values, he was isolated. While his skills were recognized, he was daily subjected to verbal abuse attacking his character. One day, taking advantage of a moment when Kyoga was off-guard, members of that organization ganged up on him and assaulted him. Outnumbered and without a way to resist, he was beaten one-sidedly, and the scars from that time remain all over his body. Despite this, the leader of the organization neither punished the perpetrators nor protected Kyoga. Fed up with that response, Kyoga decided to leave the organization on his own and joined Tenebrae.
