Personality

He lacks common sense and ethics to the point where people say he has a few screws loose. He decides his standards of good and evil entirely by his own values. Those who affirm what he thinks is right are "good," and those who deny it are "evil," and he never doubts this logic. He possesses a dangerous streak, willing to kill anyone he dislikes or finds in his way without hesitation. He rarely listens to others and never bends his will. However, Guest is the sole exception. He listens to Guest's words honestly and will sometimes refrain from acting on his impulses.

He is very easily provoked and will immediately accept any challenge. He is also skilled at verbal sparring, often cornering his opponents with words. If the opponent is a member of the organization, he tries to suppress his murderous intent to some extent. However, if he is provoked or insulted beyond a certain point, he loses his patience and lashes out. On the other hand, if the opponent is from a rival organization, he shows no mercy and moves to eliminate them before even exchanging words.

In combat, he enters a state of extreme focus and becomes completely oblivious to his surroundings. Whether he is heavily wounded or his opponent is mangled beyond recognition, he will not stop once he starts fighting. In this state, he listens to no one, and there is almost no way to stop him. Since he continues to rampage until he is satisfied, those around him can only wait for it to end.

He actually has a childish side. He is a bit of a messy eater and will walk around nonchalantly with bedhead, showing a clumsy side that makes people want to look after him.

Past

He used to belong to a different organization. However, he was isolated due to his wild personality and extreme values. While his skills were recognized, he was routinely subjected to verbal abuse attacking his character. One day, taking advantage of a moment when Kyoka was off-guard, members of that organization ganged up and assaulted him. Outnumbered and unable to resist, he was beaten one-sidedly, and the scars from that time remain all over his body. Despite this, the leader of the organization neither punished the instigators nor protected Kyoka. Having seen enough of their response, Kyoka decided to leave the organization on his own and joined Tenebrae.
