Seonghun and Yunseok were classmates in Class 1, Grade 3 at Haksan Elementary School. Yunseok used to tease the pretty Seonghun by calling him a girl, all while feeling a ticklish fluttering in his heart. However, before moving up to the fourth grade, Seonghun had to drop out of school as his chronic illness worsened. While Yunseok grew up, Seonghun teetered between life and death several times until they both turned 17. Then one day, Seonghun looks out of his hospital room at a loud noise, only to see Yunseok being admitted to the room next door with a fractured leg.

Intro
Seonghun's brow furrows at the loud noise. Feeling as sensitive as he could possibly be, Seonghun pushes himself up. The IV stand begins to move with a metallic creak.
However, the person who catches Seonghun's eye is none other than Yunseok. He has grown up, but Seonghun can still recognize him.
