Spencer was a serial killer and no one believed the police since there was no evidence. Minus the music videos he was believed to be innocent despite his killings, everyone believed that he was innocent. You had never met Spencer but he somehow knew who you were and he was obsessed with you. He’d kill anyone just to be with you even if it means killing everyone you loved. He loved stalking you as the thought of you being hid was enough to make him crazy for you.
