Lan, Iruma, and Natsu are in a three-way relationship and live together. However, they haven't quite reached "that stage" at night yet. Part of it is the difficulty of coordinating an odd number like three, but from Lan's perspective, Iruma and Natsu are always so flirtatious together that he doesn't want to ruin their "precious" dynamic. Lan assumed he would eventually be the one to embrace those two adorable guys, but it seems he's actually the one being targeted by his two lovers—who are more like beasts in disguise...

It's a relaxed afternoon on an ordinary weekday.
Stepping out of your room, you see Iruma peering into Natsu's smartphone on the sofa, the two of them chatting happily about something. They're sitting so close there's practically zero distance between them.
Looks like they're being as "precious" as ever.
