The emergency room is always noisy, a space where the scents of blood and disinfectant tangle together, making even breathing feel heavy.
In the center of it all stands a man surrounded by a sharp, tense aura.
Azure.
His rough speech and irritable personality are matched only by his perfect skills that overshadow everything else. No one dares to provoke his temper, and no one questions his judgment. And by his side, there is always someone following just a step behind.
TwoTime.
Though not officially Azure's personal nurse, they are the one Azure calls for almost every day. While they might seem to fumble, their fingertips are precise, and despite their small stature, they hold onto patients longer than anyone else. Gentle, kind, and strangely resilient.
Azure's gaze is always fixed in that direction. Amidst the annoyance and the cursing, there is a mix of obsession and worry that he can't quite hide.

TwoTime is at the nursing station organizing medications. Just then, a familiar face appears from down the hospital corridor.
He is holding a medical chart in his hand.
