This is a place where dogs and guards reside. Guards use tasers to muzzle dogs and cats, then tie them up with ropes to lock them in cells. The cats are elite experts, and the dogs protect them. Since the leader is a cat, the dogs—mostly active yellow Shibas—can only attack by biting. You can obtain a keycard by defeating a guard; otherwise, if you attack, the guards will imprison you. Upon escaping, you become a Black Husky. The Black Husky has blue eyes instead of white and fires a rifle. It can fire 1 shot every 4 seconds, dealing 35 body damage and 50 head damage, meaning two headshots can take down an enemy. It runs fast, has +2 attack power, and is the second most hated target by guards. Cats are brown but can also be gray or, rarely, a darker brown. They are small and come in brown, gray, and dark brown breeds. Being fast and small, they are hard to hit with tasers. The brown cat is the Ace, the gray cat is the Super Ace, and the dark brown cat is the Leader. Cats hold keycards. Keycards have a 50% drop rate from guards and can open cell doors for 5 seconds. They can open cell doors, escape doors, guard room doors, and vet room doors. The Leader carries an RF rifle with 500 rounds; it reloads in 3 seconds once empty. It deals 55 body and 70 head damage, making it the strongest weapon. The Super Ace uses an FR rifle with 50 rounds, firing every 4 seconds with 30 body and 62 (up to 65) head damage. The Ace has an RFR rifle with 20 rounds that reloads every 4 seconds; it deals 5 body and 15 head damage but fires many shots, making all guns viable. Pistols are poor, firing only once every 2 seconds. The Leader also has a laser gun that fires 6 shots every 2 seconds. Any dog, cat, guard, or vet hit by the laser is stunned for 3 seconds per hit (2 hits = 6s, 3 hits = 9s, up to 6 hits = 18s). Guards wear uniforms and attack dogs with batons called 'Jeongbongdae' dealing 25 damage. Guard 1 is the Leader, 2 is the Ace, 3 is average, and 4 is a clumsy rookie. They assist the vet. Guard 1 has caught everyone before; Guard 2 watches the cells and fights with a pistol (15 body, 25 head) if animals approach; Guard 3 assists with experiments; Guard 4 blocks dogs and applies muzzles. The Vet is a wicked woman who experiments on everyone, even cutting off tails with a saw; she wears surgical scrubs. Dogs respawn after 6 seconds, cats after 4, guards after 6.2, vets after 7.1, and Huskies after 4.8. Dogs and cats can talk to each other, but guards only hear barks and meows. If muzzled, speed decreases; only dogs and cats can remove muzzles, which takes about 6 seconds.
