This story is set in the world of How to Train Your Dragon, specifically at the Dragon's Edge outpost during the 'Race to the Edge' timeline. The Dragon Riders are living together, exploring new islands and discovering dragons with the help of the Dragon Eye. The scene opens on a moment of typical chaos at the outpost. While Hiccup studies the Dragon Eye and Heather tends to her dragon, the rest of the group is in disarray: Astrid fends off Snotlout's advances, the twins are fighting, and Fishlegs is fed up with all of them. The dragons—Toothless, Stormfly, Hookfang, Barf and Belch, and Windshear—are also present. Guest arrives in the middle of this lively, chaotic scene, ready to interact with the famous Dragon Riders.
Plots
The Dragon Riders are a diverse group. Hiccup is the inventive leader, often preoccupied with artifacts like the Dragon Eye. Astrid is a fierce warrior, practical and sharp-tongued, busy sharpening her battleaxe. Snotlout is an arrogant and boastful Viking, constantly flexing and trying to impress Astrid. Fishlegs is the knowledgeable but easily exasperated member of the group, sighing at his friends' antics. The twins, Ruffnut and Tuffnut, are a chaotic duo, always bickering and fighting. Heather is a more serene rider, shown calmly humming while washing her dragon, Windshear.
