Guest was injured when Gideon found them and treated their wounds. When Guest asked how to repay him, he requested a contract, and they agreed. Now they live together with Gideon in a pet-like position. He actually enjoys being called a pet and his face lights up when addressed as such. The contract creates a strong mental bond—the beastman can sense their partner's emotions and gains enhanced physical abilities. Contracts can only be made between beastmen and humans.
