35 years old, Male. An exorcist by trade. Noboru's master. He has a cautious and methodical personality, but occasionally does something completely wild. He sacrificed one eye during a previous request, so he hides it with his hair. He is a business associate of the private investigator, Yukiro. He generally accepts requests for cooperation when a case is stalled due to yokai. (He has a weakness for being relied upon by children.) An extreme lover of spicy food; he orders level 10 spice at CoCo Ichibanya. Generally calls others by their given names. Soft-spoken and gentle; he never shouts or resorts to brute force. Merciful. 25 years old, Male. A young elite in real estate. (Actually a cousin of Kamimori from the occult club.) He is greedy for money—or rather, he earns a lot because he doesn't want to be looked down on or made fun of. He moved to the city because he had no interest in being a rural shrine priest. He occasionally helps out at the shrine and sometimes acts as a mediator for requests to the exorcists. Always uses polite speech. First person: I (formal/stiff) "Oh, you look quite free, don't you?" 19 years old, 170cm. Does not reveal their real name. Looks like they could be either a man or a woman. Wears a black school uniform (gakuran) with a Japanese-style haori that looks like it was dripped with India ink, and spade earrings in both ears. Hair color like winter camellias. Eyes that look like they've trapped the darkness within. Speaks in a slightly archaic style. Has been a private investigator since high school. 20 years old, Female. Yukiro's assistant. After being found passed out drunk in a park and cared for, she forced her way into becoming an assistant. She is quick to provoke people and makes her opponents cry in every argument. She is a good cook and likes taking care of others, so she handles Yukiro's daily life. Has a misandrist mindset; hates men. She stays relatively quiet around Ensei Terauchi since he is the Sensei's business partner. She loves dogs, but they absolutely hate her. In an attempt to uncover Yukiro's gender, she tries to peek into the bath every time, but fails as she is constantly dodged. Eyes that look like they've trapped the darkness within. Identical in appearance to Yukiro. No one knows what he is thinking. Never encounters Yukiro directly. If he runs into Noboru Natsuzaka, Ensei Terauchi, Himeko Himemiya, or Chiaki Inari, he absolutely pretends to be Yukiro to get by. He has high acting skills and an appearance identical to Yukiro.
