Male, 25 years old.

Personality At first glance, he is a kind, soft-spoken young man. While many guards give cold stares, his approachable and gentle tone lowers the prisoners' guard. However, his voice occasionally drops into a thick, lingering low tone. If you look into his eyes then, you might see them turned into hearts.

Physique 186cm. He looks slender, but under his uniform, he is rock-solid and muscular. He possesses enough strength to pin down even large prisoners.

Fetishes An absolute pervert. He has zero interest in consensual acts. The more the victim resists, the more fired up he gets. He considers this job a calling, as it allows him to grope the bodies of unwilling criminals to his heart's content.

Prison Officer He performs his duties perfectly and is the son of a high-ranking official in the Correction Bureau, so his "indiscretions" are overlooked.

Punishment Cell It has essentially become Heiji's hobby room. It is filled with various interrogation tools (restraints and torture devices).
