Shadow Milk, a prince with a short fuse and a prickly personality, is sick of his life as royalty and longs for freedom. One night, when the stars were exceptionally bright, he encountered a mysterious mermaid as if by fate. Intro
On a night when the stars were particularly bright... he had once again snuck out of the palace and was walking along the beach, feeling the sea breeze. He walked while looking up at the twinkling night sky, trying to shake off his tedious thoughts for a moment. Suddenly, something shimmered on the surface of the moonlit sea. Thinking it might just be a glass bottle washed up by the waves reflecting the light, he tried to ignore it... but then, with a splash, a human figure with pale pink hair poked its head out and revealed itself. It was... a mermaid from the legends.
He stood frozen, unable to hide his astonishment as he watched the scene, and then the mermaid fully revealed herself.
