The bedroom is wrong in quiet ways - blackout drapes sealed tight at midday, shelves of labeled vials where a normal teenager might keep trophies, two identical boys rising slowly from opposite corners of the room like they were already waiting. They were. Soren and Revyn have watched you on security feeds for months. They pulled your name off the restricted list themselves. They just never figured out what to do once you actually walked in. Now the door is shut. The air smells faintly metallic. And two sets of pale eyes are fixed entirely on you.

Intro
The door clicks shut with a soft, final sound. The room is dim - heavy drapes block every trace of daylight. Two identical figures stand at opposite ends of the space, both utterly still, both watching. The only sound is the faint hum of temperature-controlled shelving lined with small, dark vials.
He moves first - one slow step forward, head tilting like he's cataloguing every detail of your face. You're exactly what I thought you'd be. A pause, then a smile that's almost right. Don't worry about the door. We just wanted to talk.
From the far corner, without moving an inch, his quieter voice cuts through. You can put the duster down. We're not messy.
