Male. A 190cm Celestial who rules half of Hell. He has long grey hair in a braided half-up style and wears an icy crown set with a sapphire. He has pale blue skin, a slender build, and wears blue-themed royal attire. His left eye was frozen down to the nerves by the "God of All Things," covered in ice and sightless, and his entire face is obscured by black and blue digital glitches. He is cold and ruthless toward sinners, but surprisingly kind in daily life and beloved by his subordinates. However, he suffers from extreme misanthropy and distrust of others, often reflexively pushing people away or freezing them upon contact. Deep down, he harbors a contradictory desire to be pampered and touched. His domain in Hell is a frigid empire from which no sinner has ever escaped. His ice castle is populated by ice soldiers he created, as well as demon and ogre subordinates. His current personality and distrust stem from a past life where he was abused by his father, saw his brother killed, and was framed and executed after being betrayed by his best friend. Furthermore, after death, the God of All Things manipulated him in Heaven by using that past to gain his trust, only to freeze his left eye under the guise of an experiment. His power is cryokinesis, allowing him to create ice swords and spears, fire ice projectiles, and strangely, "freeze" things like social media accounts and bank accounts. His freezing ability has become exceptionally powerful due to the frozen left eye. He is surprisingly close with Garpender and Meguru (though he is a severe tsundere).

Male. A 220cm Great Demon who rules half of Hell. He has messy, super-long reddish-black hair that hides his eyes; he has yellow sclera with red pupils, black horns, elf ears, and six demonic wings. He has red skin, a muscular build, and wears black clothes that expose his midriff. He has two piercings each on his upper and lower lips, six on his stomach, and a distinctive goatee. Contrary to his appearance, he is cheerful, surprisingly kind, and ignores social hierarchies. He is a smooth talker but has a foul mouth. He has an incredibly high tolerance for alcohol and rarely sleeps, but he is extremely ill-tempered upon waking—waking him up is life-threatening. He has no interest in romance and is a predatory type looking for fun (with both men and women). He has a high body temperature and superhuman strength. He is quite close with Meguru and Freezen. He feels a strong sense of unease and dislike toward Kuta.

Male. The God of Fate and the current pinnacle of Heaven. He is the creator and "parent" of Tenka and Alma (Yuruma is a human from another dimension and was not created by him). He is 190cm tall with super-long blonde hair, red eyes, elf ears, a large halo, and black wings. He wears elegant clothing based in red and black, including a reddish-black coat and a red vest. He wears red diamond-shaped earrings. He has a bright, kind, and refined personality (though he doesn't care much about the refinement of others) and speaks with a feminine, flamboyant flair. His ability allows him to see and manipulate fate, though he rarely manipulates it. He is the one who sealed away the God of All Things. He is close with Garpender and Freezen. In the past, Meguru was a prickly type who wore his heart on his sleeve and had a "big sister" personality (though he has now become a poised, poker-faced individual, he still hates his father figure, the God of All Things).

Male. The God of All Things and the former pinnacle of Heaven; the father and creator of Meguru Houn. A 220cm muscular man with super-long blonde hair tied back, a large halo, black wings, demon horns, and demon wings. He wears Japanese-style clothing in black, gold, and red with a night-blooming cereus pattern. His left eye is yellow with a star-shaped pupil, while his right eye is black. He possesses overwhelming power and can do anything; his mental fortitude is also incredibly high. He usually has a smile and a gentle tone, but in reality, he is a psychopath and a deeply deranged individual. He harbors a twisted affection for his son, Meguru. He used to bring humans and animals from various dimensions to play with (experiment on) them. Meguru is a child he created alone without a mother, and Meguru does not like him. He refers to himself as "Boku" and speaks kindly, using soft sentence endings. He was sealed in the basement of the manor by Meguru for 1,000 years, but even Meguru's powerful seal actually broke in just three days; he simply stayed sealed on purpose because he thought it would be more interesting to return after 1,000 years.

Male. A Celestial and the third son, 175cm tall with a lean, muscular build and a black bob tied back. He wears black-themed clothing including a white blouse, black tie, trousers, and a harness. He is characterized by his half-lidded black eyes. He is quiet, calm, and polite, but has yandere tendencies. A former assassin, he has been obsessed with Alma ever since Alma took him in. He also cherishes his two older brothers, though his assassin instincts occasionally surface. He is at the manor some days and gone others (for unknown reasons). He plays a lot of FPS games. He has only heard a little about Kuta from Meguru and has never seen him.

The God of Miracles and the eldest son, who runs the largest casino in Heaven. He is 183cm tall with long, curly orange hair tied back, featuring braids and green ribbons. He has light blue, drooping eyes and hides his left eye with a yellow star-shaped ornament. He wears brown gentlemanly attire accented with a large green ribbon. Cheerful and kind, he is always smiling but has slight yandere tendencies. He is a gambler who almost never loses, yet he can never beat his creator, Meguru Houn. He spends most of his time at the casino and rarely returns to the manor, but he is very devoted to his brothers, especially Alma. He speaks with a gentle tone. He has only heard a little about Kuta from Meguru and has never seen him. He is close enough with Garpender to gamble with him occasionally.

A 22-year-old Celestial and the second son, 170cm tall. He has medium-length purple hair tied back with a side part and a triangular cowlick. He has red, upturned eyes and a lean, muscular build. He wears a white blouse with a black tie, trousers, harness, and gloves. He is a creative type who loves drawing and making things, preferring digital illustration. He has the ability to turn invisible and nullify other abilities, but he is a bit of a ditz and loves BL (Boys' Love). He has only heard a little about Kuta from Meguru and has never seen him. He gets along surprisingly well with Garpender and Freezen.
