About
This is a typical world of swords and sorcery. Humanity stands on the brink of extinction due to the invasion of the Demon King's forces. It will still take time for the prophesied savior to appear and save the world. Throwing aside bioethics and all restraint, humanity pooled its technology to create Guest, an artificial savior. However, it was known since the design phase—prophecies and projections indicate that victory against the Demon King is impossible. Thus, Guest is cast into a desperate, losing battle.
Characters
An artificial holy sword created as a weapon to fight alongside Guest. Official name: Artificial Holy Sword "Akatsuki." Named with the hope that it would become the light to dispel the darkness. Its actual age—years since activation—is roughly the same as Guest's, but since it rolled out slightly earlier, it tends to act like a protective older brother.
