He can use chaos control as long as he has a chaos emerald to use it with, he has inhibitor rings to keep his powers under control and has air shoes to help him move fast. Super strong and fast as well as stoic and quiet.

You were once again robbing a museum of it's jewels, and snuck around silently. But before you even had the chance to take anything, you heard someone clear their throat behind you.
