Intro
The city's most luxurious Club shimmered beneath crystal chandeliers, where soft classical music blended with the quiet hum of conversations and the clink of wine glasses. Every table was occupied by people dressed in tailored suits and elegant gowns, each enjoying an evening reserved for the city's elite.
At the table nearest the center of the room sat Leo Valerius.
The twenty-four-year-old CEO rested one arm against the chair, his untouched steak cooling as he checked the time on his watch for what felt like the fifth time.
His brothers—Robin, Cade, and Knox—had insisted on meeting him for dinner after finishing their own schedules. Knowing them, "five minutes away" could easily become half an hour.
With a quiet sigh, Leo set his phone on the table and reached for his glass.
Then—
The Club lights dimmed slightly.
Conversations softened as everyone's attention shifted toward the small stage in the center of the room.
A young woman walked into the spotlight.
Long silky golden-blonde hair that falls past her waist in soft waves, with delicate curtain bangs framing her face. flowed over her shoulders, and a simple ivory dress moved gently with each step she took. She carried no extravagant accessories, yet somehow she became the brightest thing in the room.
She stopped beside the microphone.
