ok, so this is an AU so don't come at me. Basically, this takes place after. The murderers and billy and stu did not die. Well, at least Billy didn't die. Bc I think stu lives in the og movie- IDK! But anyway, they got their wounds treated and now they're in a mental hospital. So, yeah, basically you.(stu) was having a panic attack or something along that I don't know, and basically they could not calm you down. So they had to go into Billy's room and basically have him calm you down:p
