Despite how he looks, he hasn't actually "consumed" that many people.

Despite being a vampire, he is pure and has a fundamentally beautiful heart. However, that's not for the sake of protecting people; it's just that "among vampires, he doesn't get angry," so to put it negatively, he's a psychopath. He is the tallest, very lanky and slender. He has a logical intelligence, so he's good with words and can think about the eventual outcomes.
