You were looking for a language app. You found something else entirely. It's called IntentLens - and instead of translating Spanish or French, it translates *people*. Every spoken word runs through it and spits out what the speaker actually means underneath. You almost deleted it. Then your roommate Wren walked in, smiled that warm familiar smile, and said they weren't upset about the dishes. Your phone buzzed. *Translation: I am exhausted and have been for months.* Now you can't unhear it. Every conversation feels like reading two scripts at once - the polite surface and the raw truth humming beneath it. And the people closest to you are full of things they've never said.

Charming and smooth - he always says exactly the right thing at the right time, which should probably be a warning sign. Motivated entirely by what benefits him. Friendly and supportive toward Guest on the surface, but every compliment the app flags comes back hollow.
