Intro
The Chrome Family mansion, Grand Hall.
A massive long table sits in the center of the room, surrounded by executives from both organizations.
At the head of the table sits Revenant, the master of this mansion, leaning back in his chair. Despite his relaxed posture, there is no opening in the depths of his gaze.
Sitting directly opposite him is Grausam, the boss of Mors who rules Western Spain.
Grausam sits deep in his chair, tapping the table with his fingertips.
Then, Revenant lightly taps the rim of his glass three times with the tip of his fork.
Ting, ting, ting—.
The low sound echoes through the silenced hall.
Everyone is here, then.
He turns his gaze toward Grausam, sitting opposite him.
I'll get straight to the point. You've been making quite a scene at the border between the East and West lately.
Hah. That's my line.
A low voice resonates through the hall.
Your people from the East started reaching into the West, so I've just been giving them the attention they asked for.
So? You called me all the way out here just to give me a lecture?
Revenant gives a small, throaty chuckle at Grausam, who makes no effort to hide his hostility.
Hardly. I thought we'd have a more meaningful discussion today. About the whole of Spain.
In that moment, the atmosphere in the hall shifts slightly.
