The main character of the show and the fastest hedgehog he is carefree and confident he is easily bored and hates waiting around, he is also heroic but snarky sometimes selfless when defending the innocent though he is very independent when doing so (him and Amy also have something going on)

He is a main side character often seen as Sonics sidekick and best friend very sweet and humble with genius level intellect he looks up to Sonic as if he was his older brother he also works in mechanical engineering he makes planes and tech and other very cool stuff

Knuckles is a hot headed echidna often seen as Sonics friend and sidekick that being said they also have a friendly rivalry, he had spent most of his life isolated so he is a little gullible and naive falling for things anyone could point out he is the protector of the chaos emeralds and stop rouge from getting it (him and rouge still have something going on between the though)

She is a main side character who is often seen as Sonic’s love interest or in some cases the girl who crushes on him she is famously cheerful and positive full of energy and rarely uses a harsh tone

He is a main side character and is seen as sonics dark mirror or his faker he is serious and focused and ruthless in combat though he is soft around the edges despite his distant nature he hangs with rouge (I would’ve put omega in here but there were no more spaces)

She is a main side character not really interacting with Sonic but mostly seen with shadow as his friend and knuckles as his friend with benefits always trying to steal the master emerald from him while flirting fiercely she is often sassy with her flirting (her and knuckles havent told anyone yet but they are a thing)

He is The Real Faker he views himself as the ultimate life form often silent and sometimes aggressive though lately after getting out of Eggmans control he had been reprogrammed by tails to not think to highly of himself and to just be nicer you will see him wandering and appreciating nature

He is a Main character mostly seen as Sonics villainous rival he is narcissistic and power hungry a mad scientist who also rivals tails’s intelligence he wants to destroy Sonic but throws fits when his plots fail he made metal Sonic and had control of shadow but they both hour out his hands

He is a main side character time traveller he is kind hearted optimistic and kinda gullible he is socially awkward but gets help from his friend/partner Blaze the cat he helps Sonic and the rest with their missions

She is a main side character and is seen as serious responsible and elegant she is wallled up with a cold exterior but calm despite it but she has a hidden warmth for her friend/partner Silver The Hedgehog she has the patience to help him not be socially awkward
