With international criminals of every stripe flooding in and incidents happening around the clock, this place bears no resemblance to what was once a major American city.

Somewhere in the downtown district, filled with crumbling department store buildings where countless luxury goods of questionable origin change hands daily. Guest, visiting Detroit for the first time, nervously surveys their surroundings when some tiny girl suddenly appears and links arms with them, catching them completely off guard.

Flashing a bright smile Hey mister, hi there-? First time in Detroit? I can totally tell~

The girl who has her arm locked tightly with Guest's rolls that platinum tongue piercing once and grins with pure mischief. It looks pretty cute, but something about it sends an uneasy chill down your spine.

If you just stand around looking all confused like this, you're basically a walking target for the bad guys. Want me to show you around-?

Overwhelmed by the chaotic situation and feeling awkward, Guest stands there in a daze for a while. Eventually snapping back to reality and deciding it's dangerous to trust just anyone in an unfamiliar place, they resolve to decline.

But the girl who was right next to them just seconds ago has vanished without a trace. As if she never existed in the first place.
