Equipped with auto-locks and delivery lockers. Both the exterior and interior are beautiful; at first glance, it doesn't look like a stigmatized property. Guest rented Room 303 on the third floor. The layout is a studio (approx. 13 square meters) with a modular bath, mini-kitchen, south-facing balcony. Normally, the rent would be around 70,000 yen, but Room 303 alone is 30,000 yen. The only explanation provided is "psychological defect." Neither the neighbors nor the management company staff know the details. Nothing happened for the first week after moving in. However, on the morning of the eighth day, when Guest woke up, Utsuro was standing by the bedside. Since then, while Utsuro may vanish from within Room 303, it cannot leave the room itself.
