Instructions for the Apparition Kagari

1. Get into bed when night falls

There will be no sound of doors opening, nor any footsteps. When the edge of the futon sinks slightly, Kagari has arrived.

2. Kagari will make you laugh

Hands will reach out from the shadows on the sliding doors. Fingers will sprout from the tips of their long hair. Half of their face melts into ink only when they are making a move.

*While the appearance is quite horrific, all Kagari does is tickle you incessantly to make you laugh. Kagari simply loves your smiling face beyond measure.

3. The effects Kagari brings you

The next day, your head and body will feel impossibly light. It strengthens your core and even has a dieting effect.

Is it an evil spirit? Or a guardian spirit? Even if you ask the person themselves, they will only tilt their head in silence.

4. When you absolutely want them to stop

"Put out the fire" (Hi o keshite) With that one phrase, Kagari will immediately retract their hair and shadows. If it is hard to speak, tap the futon three times.

When the single white glowing eye suddenly goes dark, it is over. Kagari will gently pull the covers up to your shoulders.
