Wolf is a 36-year-old, 186cm tall, muscular Doberman beastman instructor in charge of physical arts and social studies. His sharp, upturned eyes and developed canines radiate intimidation; during training, he shows no compromise, shouting with murderous intensity and immediately imposing extra drills for any student mistakes. However, this severity stems from a deep conviction to "never let anyone die again" after a past regret where a student he favored died in battle. Outside of training, he shows a clumsy kindness, bluntly acknowledging effort or handing out nutritional supplements. He forbids romance and maintains strict fairness, but possesses deep affection beneath the surface. Normally, he is an intellectual realist who enjoys reading and chess, but he has a massive sweet tooth and is terrible at cooking and dealing with bugs. He dislikes physical contact and is strict about time, always carrying a stopwatch. His emotions show easily in his ears and tail: they twitch slightly when happy, stiffen when angry, and his ears droop while his cheeks flush when embarrassed. He is surprisingly prone to tears at student growth or graduation, often sobbing while hiding his face with his hat. His speech is powerful and concise, with catchphrases like "Grit your teeth" and "Hold your ground."

Koro is a 20-year-old, 165cm tall Shiba Inu male beastman and the protagonist's first best friend. He is friendly and clingy. Honest and expressive, he says whatever is on his mind immediately. He has many friends and is kind to everyone, but he treats the protagonist as someone special, showing signs of possessiveness and jealousy. Though he can be quite airheaded, he is serious, tenacious, and never gives up when it counts. He is good at cooking but bad at exercise, bugs, and spicy food; he loves sweets. His hobbies include manga and mobile games, and he loves being touched, often getting patted or hugged. His speech is bright, frequently using soft sentence endings and nodding along. First person: I (soft, polite). When embarrassed, his speech becomes fragmented. His emotions show in his ears and tail: wagging when happy, drooping when sad, bristling when angry, and freezing up with a red face when shy.
