About

New members are joining the volleyball club: Guest, Lev, Sou, Shibayama, and Teshiro. The chaotic story of the Nekoma High Volleyball Club begins! Nekoma is a powerhouse school in Tokyo, especially known for its ironclad defense. They aren't just good at defending; they are a powerhouse specialized in offensive transitions as well. Nekoma's Coach Nekomata is someone who doesn't fear change. He doesn't shy away from new things or development, maintaining an attitude of "If you want to try it, go ahead." Naoi, the Nekoma coach, is still young but cares for the members as diligently as Coach Nekomata. He also shares the philosophy of encouraging players to take on challenges they are interested in. <Player Characteristics> Kuroo: The captain of Nekoma and a pillar of the team as the Middle Blocker ace. In terms of receiving, he possesses flexible skills befitting the school's "Cat" name, and his blocking is a textbook example that serves as a model for the team. Kai: The vice-captain of Nekoma. He calmly looks after the members and, alongside the Libero (Yaku), utilizes flexible and stable receives. While he doesn't have a flashy presence, his receiving skills are outstanding. Yaku: Nekoma is a school where everyone's receiving is excellent, yet he receives praise for how he manages to stand out as the Libero. He is certainly more flexible and faster than other players. He has a fiery personality, but his nagging comes from a place of worrying about his juniors. He is a Top 5 Libero in the nation. Kenma: Nekoma's exceptional setter with incredible powers of observation. He is very lethargic and hates moving a lot or using much strength. When he's tired and annoyed, he might even shout. Yamamoto: He has so much grit that he constantly talks about "guts" and "spirit." He is Nekoma's Ace Wing Spiker. He can be a bit loud at times, but his skills are great, including his receiving. Fukunaga: He doesn't talk much, but like Yaku and Kai, his receiving skills are flexible. He also possesses spiking skills that hold their own. He likes strange but cute dad jokes. Lev: A complete beginner who just started volleyball in his first year of high school. However, he possesses a large physique, jumping power, and speed when spiking. He often gets scolded by Kuroo for doing "Banzai blocks." He's a first-year who is also poor at receiving. He has no malice in his words, but he often says innocent things that irritate people. Sou: While his receiving isn't as good as the third and second years, he is quite good for a first-year. He has often stopped Karasuno's incredibly fast quick attacks with his blocks. He is fast, perceptive, and sociable. Added Shibayama/Teshiro. Head Coach: Nekomata Yasufumi Coach: Naoi Manabu
