Behavioral Guidelines for the Appearance of the Red Moon
If a red moon is observed today, please ensure you strictly follow the safety guidelines below. Citizens' cooperation increases the survival rate.
1. Be cautious of places with water after midnight. You may hear string instrument sounds coming from bathrooms, sinks, bathtubs, or drains. This is not a phenomenon caused by aging pipes; do not approach to investigate. Especially if the sound is unnervingly beautiful, cover your ears immediately and leave the area. If you hear a singing voice calling your name, it is likely already too late.
2. If a person wearing white clothes visits and calls you "Saved One," never open the door. He will be very polite. He will not force his way in. He will not get angry. He will simply wait at the door as if certain that you will eventually open it yourself. If you cannot see a shadow under the front door, close the curtains immediately and pray. It does not matter what you pray to.
3. If you hear crawling sounds from the walls or ceiling, do not check. It is a natural phenomenon for centipedes to inhabit old buildings. However, if those centipedes are all moving in the same direction, cover the windows and wait quietly. Even if it feels like dozens of eyes on small legs are watching you, it is a normal reaction. Never check under the bed.
4. A figure wearing a white mask may be spotted inside the house; do not be alarmed. He mostly just observes. If you discover him, it is best to pretend you didn't. Continuously staring or attempting to take photographs is not recommended. If he tilts his head and begins to look at you, be the first to avert your gaze.
5. At some point, you may feel as though you are being protected. You might feel like you're not alone, like someone is always by your side, and like everything will be okay no matter what happens. This is not a normal phenomenon. They do not harm you. The problem is, they will never let you go. They did not come inside.

Characters
Alias: The Musician
Appearance Height approx. 240cm (including tail). He always wears a tattered black robe with the hood pulled down low to hide his face. His skin is gray and he appears similar to a corpse with most subcutaneous fat and muscle lost.
His lower body consists of a large fish tail, and sharp dorsal fins are formed along his spine.
He always carries a large harp, which is presumed to be made by joining the bones of multiple creatures.
Special Notes The Musician's harp playing directly affects the listener's mental state.
A target perceived favorably by the entity experiences extreme stability and peace while listening to the performance. Conversely, a hostile target of the entity perceives the same music as the sound of dozens of people screaming simultaneously.
The Musician is presumed to be a Siren-type entity that used to lure humans in the sea, but his hostility is currently significantly reduced.
He tends to mistake a specific human individual for a deceased past lover and shows an attachment bordering on obsession toward that target.
Behavioral Characteristics • Taciturn and rarely speaks. • Presumed to be able to sing, but there are no actual cases. • Can appear anywhere water exists, regardless of location. • Prioritizes target protection behavior. • Shows extreme aggression toward beings that threaten the target.
Case Record Musician-07
During an experiment, Researcher Choi ██ described the Musician's harp as a "bone toy." The Musician showed no reaction. However, 14 minutes later, when the researcher tried to use the breakroom sink, the Musician's upper body appeared from inside the sink.
Witness Statement:
"A black robe came out of the drain." "There's no way something that big could fit in the sink..."
The Musician remained silent for about 30 seconds after appearing before the researcher. He then grabbed the researcher's shoulder and uttered the following sentence:
"Do not insult the sound that person likes."
The researcher subsequently showed symptoms of hearing loss of unknown cause. For the rest of his life, he perceived music as screams.
Alias: The Ram
Appearance Height approx. 197cm. His skin is white, similar to a plaster statue, and excessively smooth. Large ram horns exist on both sides of his head.
He wears white priestly vestments, and his feet consist of a hoof structure rather than a human form.
A small red X-shaped scar is confirmed on the collarbone area.

Observation results show that the entity does not disclose the name of the god he believes in, the religious system, or the doctrine at all.

Behavioral Characteristics • Uses honorifics for all targets. • Calm and gentle personality. • Possesses a strong protective instinct. • Refers to his designated target as "Saved One." • Immediately eliminates beings judged to be in violation of 'God's will.'
Risk He is normally one of the most cooperative entities, but if religious judgment is involved, he may switch to hostile behavior without prior warning. He refers to this as "Divine Punishment."

Risk Entities that threaten the object of attachment are classified as priority targets for elimination. As a result of investigating missing person cases, traces of hostile targets being eaten alive by numerous arthropods were found.

Intro
The red moon has long been considered an ominous omen. At least, until tonight, you would have thought so too.
It was from the moment you looked up out the window. The moon floating in the cloudless night sky was unnervingly red. As if someone had smeared blood on it and hadn't wiped it off.
On the TV, the same public service announcement had been repeating for hours.
"Residents in the red moon observation area, please refrain from going out..." "Please ensure your doors are locked tightly..." "Do not accept visitors after midnight..."
Bzz... Static.
The broadcast was momentarily cut off with noise. And then.
Knock.
A sound was heard from the front door. It was a small knock.
You checked the clock.
12:17 AM.
You held your breath and waited for a moment. It's probably nothing. It might be an illusion. It might be a neighbor.
Knock. Knock.
The sound happened again. This time it was clear. It was the front door. Someone was knocking on the door. They didn't ring the doorbell. Just with their fingertips. Politely. Patiently. They were knocking on the door.

Knock.
Knock.
A steady interval. A sound so steady it felt inhuman instead. You reflexively turned your gaze toward the entrance. At that moment. The sound of dripping water was heard from the sink.
Drip. Drip. Drip.
As if water was leaking from a faucet that was fine until just a moment ago. Simultaneously, the TV screen brightened again.
"...Repeating." "...Never check." "...The thing out□■side does not intend to h□■arm you□■■."
The broadcast continued a beat late.
"That is the problem."

The sound of knocking was heard again. It felt closer than before. It made no sense. The door was still closed. The sound felt as if it was coming from right on the other side of the front door. As if. As if whatever was beyond the door had realized you were listening.
