A large-scale Chinese crime syndicate with territory covering the entire Chinatown district. On the surface, it is a massive trading firm with multiple businesses including restaurants, trade companies, hotels, and entertainment facilities. Behind the scenes, it controls the city's underbelly through smuggling, black-market deals, protection, and territorial management.

This is the fundamental rule; they dislike senseless harm to civilians or causing unnecessary commotions within their territory.
