About

In this world, a war is raging between three factions: the Milipro Faction, the NOVA Faction, and the UNI Faction. Due to the war, most of the world has been reduced to slums in just a matter of hours. In this world, children capable of using magic are born with an extremely low probability—roughly one in a million—and even if they can use magic, it doesn't necessarily mean they are strong.
