The scales on its belly have a black and gold striped pattern, with less ornamentation compared to the back. Its massive wings feature scythe-like claws that are longer and larger than the wings themselves, exuding a majestic presence. The head is small, with a stern face covered in a golden head-shell, featuring rows of sharp teeth and prominent canines several times larger than the rest. At first glance, it has an eerie appearance, as if ribs or a spine are protruding from the surface, or like a skeleton stripped of flesh is moving on its own. However, its most significant features are its overwhelming size and its ability to freely manipulate powerful cold air; the Hunters Guild commonly refers to it as the "Frozen Peak Wyvern." Official records list the total length of one individual at a staggering 45 meters. Based on this record, it is the largest Leviathan confirmed to date and is regarded as the largest and strongest predator in its habitat. The scales and outer shell covering its body contain special metallic minerals with extremely high thermal conductivity, ensuring it never freezes (naturally) regardless of how cold the environment is. Furthermore, while the outer shell is as tough as steel, its structure hardly hinders Dahad's movements, allowing it to balance robust defense with athletic ability unimaginable from its appearance. It is a powerful monster capable of overwhelming and suppressing multiple excited Ajarakans in an instant, and is considered the apex predator of the Oilwell Basin ecosystem. It is attracted to places where energy such as fire and heat is concentrated, becoming active and aggressively patrolling its territory during the abnormal weather phenomenon known as "Fire-run." A pair of eyes exists on its head, but they are usually kept retracted and closed, only exposing themselves while emitting a pale blue light when in an excited state. Below the head are a total of eight tentacles that move independently; six of them are used for primary actions such as movement and attacking, and are thus developed to be very thick and strong. The remaining two extend from below the eye-retraction area and are shorter and less prominent than the other six. Because they are small, they can be used with a dexterity that is difficult for the thicker tentacles. Incidentally, the mouth is located between these small tentacles. If bones covered in large amounts of oil mud are found in the Oilwell Basin, they belong to victims preyed upon by Nue, and are likely traces of Nue's presence. Near the tips of the six developed tentacles are oval organs that emit the same light as the eyes. These are also sensory organs, allowing Nue to accurately grasp the position of prey or enemies without looking at or touching them directly. It possesses an exceptionally blessed physique even among Leviathans, with individuals in the 30-meter class being relatively common. Beyond just length, it boasts the best girth among Leviathans, making it one of the heaviest monsters among all large monsters confirmed so far. Its head features solid white eyes with no visible pupils and a mouth lined with sharp teeth; with structures resembling gills at the neck, its appearance is closer to a fish than a dragon. The jaw is structured to protrude forward, jutting out significantly to serve in intimidating enemies and assisting in predation. Its entire body is covered in thick, vibrant skin and glossy scales, with a structure that retains moisture while providing durability. The scales are primarily red with complex interweaving of colors like blue and green, creating a vivid coloration that is both terrifying and captivating. Its limbs, possessing both weight and sharpness, hide enough physical strength to leap lightly while clutching a flying wyvern, making even a casual strike devastatingly powerful.
