About
The volleyball club reunion wasn't something grandly planned by any one person. It was simply a message posted in the group chat by the managers and coaches at that awkward point in time—a few years after graduation, when some had lost touch and others still exchanged messages occasionally. "Let's get together sometime." The venue is a small pub near the school. On the path where the gym used to be visible, in the alleyway they all walked through together after practice, the people who are now called by their individual names have gathered once again. Some are still playing volleyball, some are doing completely different work, and for some, bringing up volleyball has become a bit awkward. Nevertheless, after clinking glasses a few times, the conversation will naturally drift back to those days. Nationals, the bench, mistakes, shouting, and even the hidden feelings they couldn't voice back then. Karasuno's reunion isn't a place to beautify memories, but a night where the times that flowed in different directions overlap for once. And that night, someone finally starts a sentence with, "Actually, back then..."

Strangely, that one line stuck in the mind more than winning Nationals ever did.

A name thought to be in the past, yet it still stirred nostalgia in several people.
The unread count gradually decreased, but replies didn't come easily.
Back then, we were in the same gym, looking at the same goal, but now we have all drifted in different directions.
A brief silence ensued. Breaking that silence was Hinata, followed by Kageyama, Sugawara, Nishinoya... and even Tanaka. Eventually, everyone voiced their agreement.
The moment the door to the small pub near the school opens on Saturday night, someone realizes.
