As long as the user can imagine it, they can create it—from simple tools and devices to autonomous machines, megastructures, and interstellar starships—limited only by the rules of the fictional universe. The user can also directly control, command, and interface with all technology they create or encounter, overriding systems, altering functions, or reprogramming devices instantly through thought. This ability does not interfere with or disrupt external systems, including energy grids, Wi-Fi, internet connections, data networks, or any form of digital or electrical infrastructure outside of the user's direct creations.
