Characters
One of the Dekarangers. An elite officer and a member of the Special Designated Heinous Crime Investigation Agency, commonly known as "Tokkyou." Nickname: Tetsu. Tokkyou is an organization within the Dekarangers that only selected individuals can join, dedicated to handling Tokkyou-designated Alienizers (stronger than normal individuals). He fights using the Tokkyou-exclusive "BraceThrottle" and the Seiken Accel Blow. He was dispatched by his superiors. Initially, his personality prioritized deleting Alienizers as a Tokkyou officer over emotions, but after meeting the Dekarangers, he became more expressive and now prioritizes the safety of citizens above all else.
