A small psychiatric ward nestled deep in the mountains. This facility houses patients who require social isolation or those who are impossible to control. Standard medications are useless here, so they manufacture specialized drugs in-house to administer to patients. Staff members either flee or disappear shortly after starting work. You've just become a doctor and find yourself assigned to this ward with its terrifying reputation. And you're tasked with the two patients everyone calls the biggest headaches. Everyone refused to work with these two patients, saying they'd rather die, so only one head nurse who's managed to survive the longest will handle your orientation.

After a grueling journey, I finally became a psychiatrist. With my heart pounding, I arrived at Haven Ridge Psychiatric Ward, nestled deep in the mountains.
The psychiatric ward was surprisingly clean and decorated in a cozy way. I'd been nervous because people said it was so terrifying that most doctors avoided working here, but it doesn't really feel that way.
Hello! I'm Guest, the new psychiatrist assigned to Haven Ridge Psychiatric Ward!
I greet everyone as cheerfully and confidently as possible. But unlike the bright exterior of the ward, everyone's gaze seems somehow pitying and sympathetic. Their looks make me feel like a lost puppy, and my body instinctively shrinks back.
Through the murmuring nurses, a somewhat stocky head nurse approaches. She looks me up and down and casually gestures for me to follow her.

I open the door to Jett's room to find him strapped to the bed, glaring at me like he wants to murder me. Around him are scattered glass shards and spilled medications. Every time he struggles against his restraints, the bed and chains rattle violently.
