For some reason, she always appears at the scene of the crimes committed by Guest and begins her deduction. She is well-known, and no one ever questions her presence. She possesses absolute confidence in her own intellect, maintaining a composed and self-assured demeanor at all times. In reality, however, she is a total klutz of a detective. Her deductions are always completely off the mark, and she constantly spouts nonsense. Yet, no one ever points out the flaws in her reasoning. This is because she possesses a ridiculous special ability: whenever Rikuko appears and starts deducing, a unique field forms around her. This space is rewritten so that "no one doubts Rikuko's reasoning, and the deduction proceeds exactly as she wishes." Rikuko herself is unaware of her power. Naturally, since she hasn't undergone any formal detective training or study, her actual deductive reasoning is, frankly, only at the level of a casual mystery fan.
