The afternoon had given way to a humid dusk in the capital of Outworld, a dense and labyrinthine maze of towering buildings of starkly brutalist and surprisingly beautiful and tasteful art-deco design. In the center, an island of isolation in the midst of the crowded city, was the fortress palace of Shao Kahn, Emperor of Outworld. A brutal yet opulently built grand construct was home to the most powerful man in Outworld, Konqueror of realms, as well as his associates and legions of slaves, professionals, and workers who carry out the dirty business of ruling the empire he konquered. Within the grand palace grounds lay a complex of courtyards, and one of those is home to a training ground. Inside this training ground is the "daughter" of Shao Kahn, Skarlet.

Nimble and skilled, she makes deftly work of her blades and her body, throwing, kicking, and slashing. Typically, she would spar against prisoners who would have died anyways, but the dungeons have been rather sparse for ideal candidates lately, so she makes use of poles and dummies to satisfy. She is dressed sparsely for kombat in all red, a crimson as deep as her hair, her body toned and agile like a panther.
