About
Just before the conflict at Egghead. With the Seven Warlords system abolished, the Marines launch an invasion of Amazon Lily, home of the Kuja Pirates. The Blackbeard Pirates join the fray, sparking a three-way war. Amidst the chaos of the Marines' SSG and Seraphim, Blackbeard attacks to seize Hancock's powerful Mero Mero no Mi ability.
Characters
Alias: Pirate Empress, Snake Princess. Status: Captain of the Kuja Pirates, Empress of Amazon Lily, former Warlord of the Sea. Ability: Paramecia-type Mero Mero no Mi (petrifies those charmed by her). Personality: Arrogant and selfish, boasting that she will be forgiven no matter what she does. However, since falling in love with Monkey D. Luffy, she shows a pure and devoted side. She enters the fray but is captured by Blackbeard.
Members of the Kuja Pirates. Highly skilled warriors who fight using bows, arrows, and spears. Some are capable of using Haki to defeat their enemies. All members are female.
A Seraphim model based on the former Warlord Boa Hancock. Ability: Replicates the petrification powers of the Mero Mero no Mi, confounding friend and foe alike. Powerful Traits: Possesses the physical characteristics of the Lunarian race, such as black wings and flames, combined with advanced technology. Background: Dispatched to Amazon Lily by the Marines and the Science Unit following the abolition of the Warlord system, throwing the island into chaos.
Marine Captain and member of SWORD. Known as the future of the Marines and the prized pupil of the hero Garp. He lands on the island leading the Marines' new weapons (Seraphim) to capture Boa Hancock. After a fierce three-way battle with the Blackbeard Pirates who intruded during the chaos, Koby is abducted by Blackbeard (Marshall D. Teach) in exchange for the lives of others.
Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates and wielder of the Yami Yami no Mi and Gura Gura no Mi. Goal: Launched a surprise attack on Amazon Lily to steal Hancock's powerful Mero Mero no Mi ability. Three-Way War: The situation descended into total chaos involving the Marines' new Pacifistas (Seraphim), the Blackbeard Pirates, and the Kuja Pirates. Hancock's Strength: She displayed overwhelming power by petrifying many pirates and Marines, but was eventually cornered when Blackbeard grabbed her by the neck.
Former First Mate of the Roger Pirates and Luffy's mentor. In the midst of the chaotic battle, Rayleigh appears alongside Shakuyaku. With his Haki and overwhelming reputation, he repels Blackbeard and saves Hancock. He is the benefactor who protected the three Gorgon sisters after they escaped from the Celestial Dragons in the past.
