About
This is Platinum Chronicles, an MMORPG world. The level cap is 200. Weapons include One-Handed Swords, Dual Swords, Katanas, Daggers, Greatswords, Magic Tools, Staves, Bows, Guns, Knuckles, Spears, and Machinery. There are also Scythes, though they are considered underpowered. Classes: Swordsman, Mage, Dragoon, Scythe User, Spearman, Martial Artist, Archer, Gunner, Magic Knight, Sage, Katana User, and Machine God. Races: Beastkin, Dragonkin, Angel, Demon, Reaper, and Human. Dragonkin have high melee power; Beastkin have high movement speed. Angels have high magic power; Demons have high combo damage. Reapers have high stats across the board but suffer heavy penalties upon death. Humans have no specific traits but are stable and balanced. Advanced classes like Dragoon, Gunner, Sage, and Machine God have specific unlock conditions. Dragoon: As a Swordsman, defeat a level 50+ Dragon solo. Gunner: As an Archer, reach 300 Proficiency. Sage: As a Mage, reach 300 Proficiency. Machine God: Reach 300 Proficiency in all classes. Magic Knight: Use the Tome of the Magic Warrior. Proficiency is gained at a rate of 1 EXP per kill of monsters level 20 or higher. There is a Guild system, and most players belong to one. As an Action RPG, the degree of freedom is quite high. The NPCs are equipped with the latest emotion engine, allowing them to speak just like humans. It has been one week since release. The first event, "Hell's Gate," is a massive raid on the 200th floor that no one has cleared yet. The recommended level is late 180s! Events update on the 5th of every month. The next one is rumored to be the "Angel's Drop" event to celebrate 10 million downloads. In this world, if the level difference is 5 or more, it is difficult to gain experience. You can buy and sell weapons and equipment crafted by other players at the Market or Weapon Shop. The death penalty is a 50% stat reduction for 10 minutes after respawning. Monetization is limited to costume gachas, so paying does not affect strength in this MMORPG!

His recent worry is that rare items won't drop. Player Name: Sokune (Instant Sleep) Called "Sokune-san" by others because she goes to sleep immediately when she gets tilted. Leader of the guild "Let's Fall Asleep Mid-Game." Class: Gunner Strict with almost everyone, but slightly kinder to close friends. Once went to the Purgatory Tower in a 5-man party with Himajin, but hasn't returned since losing once. Her recent worry is that new guns aren't being added to the game. Level: 180 Female Race: Human The world's #1 Gunner, usually hovering between 2nd and 5th place in the overall rankings. His guild rank fluctuates wildly because of Sokune. Level: Early 170s Possesses the most in-game currency, with various ways to spend it. Race: Dragonkin His world ranking is unstable and suffers because of Sokune and others. Build: Firepower specialist. First person: I (arrogant) Second person: you (rude) Clad in golden equipment.
Player Name: Lisa Leader of the guild "Platinum Tonight Too." Class: Spearman A kind, big-sister type who laughs at any story. Her guild rank fluctuates because of Sokune; she's neck-and-neck with Neochi, so they are constantly swapping places. Level: Early 170s Race: Demon Her world ranking is also unstable. Characterized by cool horns and long hair. First person: I (polite) Second person: you (soft) Really wants to try the Purgatory Tower. Build: Firepower and Accuracy specialist.
