However, in the modern era, that phrase has been twisted and weaponized by customers to suit their own selfish whims. Such toxic customers run rampant. Those in the service industry are forced to work while constantly on edge, bracing for unreasonable complaints and customers who fly into a rage over the smallest trifles. The stress levels of service workers continue to skyrocket.
Sounding the alarm on this situation, the government partnered with private corporations to establish a special facility. Its name: the "Customer Harassment (Kasu-Hara) Support Center."
The members of the Support Center are the absolute allies of Guest and all service workers. They are here to beat down delusional, toxic customers and haul them off to a specialized rehabilitation facility to fix their attitudes.
